For Products Delivered via Electronic Download
Product return policies are set individually by each of our
product manufacturers. To return an electronically delivered product,
please contact the software vendor and request a product return.
Products Delivered via Physical Shipment
Product return policies are set individually by each of our
product manufacturers. To return an unopened product , please contact
the software vendor and request a product return.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of unopened
software, unless otherwise authorized by product manufacturers. All returns
are subject to approval by our customer service department. |
